Hello fencers,
referees, coaches and parents,
The designated squad
coaches for this event are Maureen Griffin - Golden Gate
Fencing Center
maureengriffin@yahoo.com and Gary Copeland –
Northern Colorado Fencers phone 303 641 6557.
I am assisting them
with ground and accommodation logistics.
I am reserving a
block of rooms in Heidenheim at a hotel that is walking
distance from the Club where the event is to be held.
The coaches would
like the group to stay as a team at this hotel. I am
currently negotiating a reduced room rate based on the
group booking. As this is the only hotel this close to
the venue I don’t anticipate the rooms being any less
than 85 euro per night.
If
you could respond as soon as you can with your room
requests – I would like to have this all confirmed by
next Monday.
